Welcome to Applegate Arabians NW. We are a small, passionate preservation effort dedicated to protecting and continuing the rare bloodlines of the Arabian stallion Blacklord Nyte, son of Blacklord Arabi. All fundraising conducted through this site and associated platforms is used to directly support Nyte’s care, veterinary needs, artificial insemination training, and responsible breeding to preserve his Al Khamsa and Babson heritage.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By donating, participating in our raffles, or otherwise supporting our preservation project, you agree to the terms below.

General Donation Terms

  1. Use of Funds
    All donations received are used solely for the stated preservation purposes of Blacklord Nyte, including but not limited to: veterinary care, AI training and collection, feed, supplements, and breeding-related expenses.

  2. Non-Refundable Contributions
    All donations made through our PayPal or other fundraising platforms are non-refundable, including donations made in error or donations associated with raffle participation.

  3. No Tax Deductions
    Applegate Arabians NW is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are considered personal gifts and are not tax-deductible under current IRS guidelines.

  4. Transparency
    We are committed to transparency and will regularly post updates, progress reports, and details of how funds are being used via our blog and social channels.

Breeding Raffle Terms

  1. Eligibility & Entry
    To enter a raffle, participants must donate through our PayPal link and include the phrase “Raffle Entry” in the donation note. Donations without this phrase will be considered general support and not entered into the raffle.

  2. Number of Entries
    Each donation equals one raffle entry. Multiple donations equal multiple entries. Entries will be logged manually and kept confidential.

  3. Drawing Process
    Once we reach the target amount for a raffle campaign (e.g., $3000 for initial AI vet costs), winners will be randomly selected. Winners will be notified via the email attached to their PayPal donation.

  4. Breeding Details
    Winners will receive one breeding to Blacklord Nyte, either via live cover or shipped semen (if available). AI collection is not guaranteed, and we are currently evaluating its feasibility. If AI proves unsuccessful, live cover will be the only available option.

  5. Winner Responsibilities
    Raffle winners are responsible for all costs associated with the breeding, including veterinary, collection, insemination, boarding, and semen shipping (if applicable).

  6. No Guarantees
    Applegate Arabians NW does not guarantee conception, foal outcome, or registration eligibility. Breeding rights must be used within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe or will be forfeited.

  7. Disqualification & Adjustments
    We reserve the right to disqualify entries in the event of fraud, abuse, or failure to comply with rules. We also reserve the right to adjust raffle terms or timelines due to unforeseen veterinary, scheduling, or stallion health circumstances.

Announcing the Blacklord Nyte Breeding Raffle

We’re thrilled to launch something special and create a way for our community to directly support Blacklord Nyte’s preservation, and maybe even bring home a piece of his legacy! 🎟️ To raise the funds needed to begin Nyte’s artificial insemination (AI) training and collection process, we’re raffling off two breedings to him either live cover or shipped semen (if available). 🐎 Two randomly selected winners will each receive one breeding to Blacklord Nyte. Winners may choose live cover or shipped semen, depending on availability. Shipped semen is dependent on successful AI collection.
